Welcome to the blog that is obsessed with the details of 80 Day Obsession. Because success comes from making sure we do the little things right.

For the next 80+ days, I will be blogging my way through my second round of 80 Day Obsession, sharing my tips, struggles, progress, failures, and everything in between. Why? Because I had a lot of questions the first time I went through these 80 days, and while I like to think I’m special, I can’t believe I’m alone in my doubts and fears.  If this blog helps you feel as good as I did after completing 80 Day Obsession, then I consider my job well done.

Yes, a disclaimer: I am an independent Beachbody Coach. As I say in my “About” page, I became a Beachbody Coach halfway through the 80 Days because I was LOVING the program and I wanted to share it with others. If you think this journey might be for you but you have questions, message or email me. If you’re only here to ogle my unattractive sweaty selfies, more power to you. I like to think there’s something for everyone.
